Kirsty Pringle
Kirsty has always been passionate about all things health and wellness. A back injury steered her from high impact sports to the slower pace of yoga. She learned to move with and heal from various shoulder injuries, falling in love with the practice for the physical and mental strength it gave her. Applying what she learned on the mat to the rest of her life, she left the corporate world to help others heal through yoga.
After a period of working on super yachts in Europe, she completed her 200hr Vinyasa training in Bali. In 2018 she travelled to India to train in Yin and Yoga Nidra and immerse herself in the traditional styles and yogic philosophy. Kirsty’s classes are playful, challenging and accessible to all, encouraging students to find the optimal balance between strength and flexibility for their own body.
Outside the studio she teaches kids/tweens yoga and loves to travel, hike, swim, and read whatever she can about holistic health and reducing inflammation in the body.
