Holly Cook is Studio Red’s Studio Manager. A yogi and communications professional - her role allows her to explore both passions in the context of overseeing a beautiful studio space.
Holly leads Studio Red’s business development and is always looking for ways to innovate and enhance the experience of contemporary yoga for our clients. She loves introducing people from all walks of life to the practice and supporting them to grow on their yoga journey.
She works closely with Studio Director Kylie Rook to carefully curate a schedule of world-class teachers and bring to life an expanding programme of yoga events and workshops.
Holly brings to Studio Red a decade of experience working in corporate and marketing communications. Spending the last five years specialising in media relations and crisis management, Holly understands first-hand the role of yoga and mindfulness in navigating the corporate world.
Most recently, becoming a mum has revealed the value of regular yoga practice and the significance of truly living in the present moment – ever a work in progress!
Holly has practiced yoga for almost 20 years and taught for five. Her classes always have a clear purpose; combining artful, intelligent sequencing with yogic philosophy, delivered in a way that’s accessible to everyone. She completed her original 300-hour training at Radiantly Alive in Bali furthering her knowledge with several teacher development programmes in Auckland.
At Studio Red Holly teaches Red Fusion, Vinyasa and Yin Yang Nidra. Off the mat, she enjoys writing, paddle boarding and whiling away hours at the beach or park with her family.
