Hannah Crerar is a born and bred Kiwi girl. She loves to travel, but New Zealand will always be her home base. Finding yoga at the age of 16 was a blessing for her and ever since it has been a constant in her life. Hannah graduated her 200 hour teacher training back in 2015 and travelled to Sri Lanka in 2016 to study Yin Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Meridian Theory.
Hannah spent 8 years studying and working in the field of Law & Commerce. She's made the brave decision to quit her desk job and pursue teaching yoga and studying psychology. Learning more about the connection between body, mind and soul has always been her dream.
"Yoga lets you become aware of your layers and facilitates a shedding to find the most truest version of yourself and I am eternally grateful that I can share these tools with others."
Hannah believes in the healing powers of music and loves creating a nice playlist to accompany a deep, strengthening and softening yoga practice.
Hannah loves nature walks, ocean swims, deep conversations, silly conversations, good music, good people, belly laughs, moon gazing, dancing, words, symbolism, writing, blogging (www.hannahyogaandsoul.com) and going barefoot!
