Yoga Fundamentals Workshop

This 2 hour workshop will give you a strong understanding of the foundational poses that you often experience in a group class, a brief outline of the history and philosophy of yoga and how a regular practice can contribute to your overall health and wellbeing.
The workshop will include short discussion, breathwork, physical poses and meditation.
