Why a challenge?
Everyone’s ‘why’ will be different but the benefits will be predominantly the same. Yoga increases our mobility and overall fitness, mental prowess and helps us to respond instead of react. The 21 Day challenge is about supporting each other on the journey to a committed practice – whatever that looks like for you.
We also have some incredible spot prizes to help keep you inspired and motivated.

A Challengers board, to track your 21-class attendance goal, will be posted at the studio. We’ll also be in touch regularly with tips and plenty of support!
What if I miss a day?
We all have different schedules and commitments, if you miss a day, feel free to double up on classes another day. Remember to listen to your body, by taking advantage of both restorative and physically challenging classes.
We’ll be touching base via email and social channels throughout the challenge with useful information, and tips and tricks.
Our One Month Unlimited Special offer ($140 including mat hire) is perfect for the challenge and allows you to maintain your practice after you have completed it.
There is no additional fee to participate in the challenge over and above your regular pass.
Memberships can be purchased via our app, website or at reception.
