Using myofascial release techniques and trigger point therapy, this 2 hour workshop will guide you through the whole body, rolling, releasing, and massaging muscles and fascia to release stress and tension stored in the body.
Join Alex to learn techniques to use on your own body that help to improve blood circulation, suppleness, and mobility whilst relieving pain and restoring you to a state of ease and alignment. You will leave the workshop feeling like you've had the most indulgent and nourishing massage.
