Restorative Yoga and iRest ® class
Monthly 90-minute Restorative Yoga and iRest® classes are back on the schedule in 2020.
Come rest, relax and nourish yourself in this class where the focus is on Being, rather than Doing. Props are used to support the body in both longer held and shorter held yoga shapes, so complete relaxation can occur. Our bodies can soften, release tension and heal from within. The class will end in an iRest yoga nidra – bliss!
Lead by Sandra Palmer, Yoga Teacher and Registered Psychologist.
Class dates for the rest of 2020 are Thursday 12th November and Thursday 10th December from 6.30pm-8pm. Bookings essential.
