This course will include a 2 hour workshop and 4 x 45 minute classes to really delve into the practice of meditation.
Red Meditation will be a chance to reconnect with yourself and your breath.
Learn Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation techniques that can be easily incorporated into your day.
In this fast paced world in which we live its easy to become disconnected from ourselves, the sensations within our bodies and the present moment. All too often we get stuck in the thinking mind, which tends to be ruminating about what’s in the future or the past, and this can lead to anxiety, stress, and depression.
Red Meditation will be a chance to reconnect with yourself and your breath. When we start to connect more with our bodies and the present moment we change structures within the brain that help us to lead a more calm, focused and non-reactive life.
- A 2 hour workshop on Saturday 22nd June from 1pm where Kylie will explain the power and science behind Red Meditation.
- 4 x 45 minute sessions each following Monday at 5.15pm, as a chance to reconnect with the practice, develop further techniques, ask questions and experience the power of meditating within a group. (Class dates: 24th June, 1st, 8th, 15th July)
