Red Meditation Workshop

This 90 minute meditation workshop will be a chance to reconnect with yourself, your breath and to learn the power and science behind Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation techniques that can be easily incorporated into your day.
When we start to connect more with our bodies and the present moment through meditation we change structures within the brain that help us to lead a more calm, focused and non-reactive life.
No previous experience necessary.
Note: We have weekly, 30 minute meditation classes every Monday at 5.15pm as a chance to reconnect with the practice, develop further techniques, ask questions and experience the power of meditating within a group.
