Personalised Beginner's Package
Are you just starting out on your yoga journey and feel that you need some personalized support? Or are you curious about beginning a yoga practice but don’t know where to start? This package will provide you with the guidance you need to find a regular yoga practice that serves your individual needs as well as helping you keep up the momentum with on-going support and online classes.
A one-to-one session with Mari that can be completed online or in-person to establish your unique needs and goals, whether that’s to rehabilitate an injury, gain more strength and mobility or to de-stress and find more daily calm, this session will help you cater your yoga practice to your own requirements.
Short, online classes that you can practice at home. There will be a morning and evening practice in asana (postures), breathing techniques, and 2 short meditation recordings, so you can start your day refreshed and relax into your evening.
15 minute follow up consultation in the studio or by phone to answer any questions about your yoga journey to date and support you to enter studio group classes.
Great for beginners.
