A special 2.5 hour workshop with Juan Diaz.
Join Juan in this beautiful creation of poetry of movement for your joints.
In this workshop you will learn and explore simple and complex movements to gain mobility and stability in your joints. You will come out with a toolkit of exercises to keep your joints healthy and strong for everyday movements, for the rest of your life!
You will also learn how to stabilise your joints in traditional and non-traditional asanas, making your yoga practice a more sustainable experience.
