Moving through space is the most liberating experience for the human body. Taane brings his wealth of teaching dance and movement to Studio Red for this special class.
Muscle and Bone, Mind and Body is a form of body conditioning that moves across the floor and allows each participant to experience the weight of staying close to the ground.
Each class is catered to warm the body with a series of repetitive gestures that uses the lungs to their full capacity. Incorporating contemporary dance, movement and yoga Taane will guide you through a class that will challenge your boundaries and leave you exhilarated and uplifted.
