Beginners Yoga Workshop

Led by our expert Studio Director Kylie Rook, this two-hour workshop offers an introduction to yoga fundamentals including, breathing, foundational poses, what to expect in a class, what modifications you can make for your body and which classes would be best suited for you. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, understand your body a little better and how yoga can help you. Also suitable for those looking to refine their technique.
This will be a 2 hour workshop from 11am - 1pm.
