Beginners Yoga Month

Join us from 10 February - 10 March for Beginners Yoga Month. This package includes a 2 hour workshop on Sunday 10 February where we will introduce you to the fundamentals including, breathing, foundation poses, what to expect in a class, what modifications you can make for your body and which classes would be best suited for you. You then have a month unlimited yoga to experience different classes and begin to create a regular practice of your own. Throughout the month you will receive ongoing support and consultation plus a private lesson with one of our highly experienced teachers.
Beginning your yoga journey with the support of others who are also new to the practice can be a great way to stay motivated.
Spaces are limited so be sure to book your place early. This course is also suitable for anyone who would like to refine their technique.
