360 Degree Movement Workshop with Magnus Ringberg
Time : 10:30 AM
Join internationally recognised movement expert and yoga teacher, Magnus Ringberg for an exploration of 360 degrees of movement within the body.
Fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports every structure in the body, needs multidimensional movement to stay hydrated and to also facilitate range of motion. Often times in day-to-day life and even in our yoga practice we get stuck doing movements or poses in one way or one plane of motion.
Using yoga and exploration through the fascial meridian lines, explore movement and your own potential for movement in this informative workshop where you will work through yoga poses but also the 3D movement of the body within the poses.
This in-depth one day (10.30am - 4pm) workshop will include two master classes with discussion and exploration in between. Suitable for all levels.
Magnus is a physiotherapist from Sweden. He is a yoga teacher with a broad experience and knowledge in movement exploration. He travels all around the world teaching classes, workshops and trainings. Magnus will be assisted by Aimee Challies, a movement expert herself with extensive training in Garuda, Pilates and Yoga.
