At Studio Red, we will endeavor to do everything we can to ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment whilst prioritizing the safety of our community and teachers as we move into and through level 2. Below are some of the procedures you can expect when you come to practice with us.
Yoga Mats and Props
We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat and props to class.
The use of our blocks is optional provided they are sprayed with disinfectant (provided by us) before and after use.
Bolsters will be available but we ask that you use your own towel to cover them. Alternatively, please bring your own bolster.
Please expect a few changes to the use and availability of props in the coming weeks. If you need guidance on what to bring for class to best support your practice - please speak with your teachers or contact our studio manager at email@example.com.
Health and Hygiene
We continue to clean and disinfect diligently between classes around the communal space. The studio is deep-cleaned daily and hand sanitiser is readily available for use. For everyone's comfort please take care to observe social distancing in the studio common areas and, of course, stay at home if you are feeling unwell.
Timetable and Space
We will be running a full timetable with many of the same classes we had previously but with plenty of space between each class to limit crossover.
We have reduced the maximum number of people in the space for each class and have mapped out sufficient spacing between each mat to make it easy.
Please continue to check our timetable regularly for any schedule changes week-to-week.
We recommend booking in advance for all classes to secure your spot. Bookings for 20 May and thereafter are now open.
