Join us for a blissful, body-and-mind balancing hour on 21 June. Let's mark the winter solstice with 30 minutes of movement and 30 minutes of meditation. We'll start with a nice, slow-building, flow sequence to warm your body, bring ease to your joints and enliven your alignment. Then we'll use that alignment to settle into a comfortable guided meditation, focusing your attention on the present, while generating loving kindness.
Meditation is, after all, the reason humans started practicing yoga in the first place - so we can sit with ease, undistracted. Let's honour the tradition together.
