Susan McFadzean started her journey with yoga in Colorado and was most attracted to its ability to provide healing, learning and develop a deep connection to finding meaning and purpose in life. She is most inspired by leading a compassionate life, which comprises of acting with consciousness both on and off the yoga mat. The thing that makes her most happy is when people treat each other with kindness to themselves and the people around them. Susan also has a passion for teaching in general and teaches secondary school kids English and Media studies (and hopes to make a positive impact in the lives of young people, so that they can walk through life with that kindness and consciousness too). To balance out all the teaching, she likes to mountain bike, rock climb and read books that aren't always about yoga and mindfulness.
