Teacher Kylie discovered yoga during a crossroads in her life and immediately fell in love with its ability to carve a path of recovery, acceptance, strength and self love – and the way it complemented her past creative outlets, including a Bachelor of Performing and Screen Arts, love for psychology and Teaching Diploma in Dance. She now sees yoga as a healing process and firmly believes that yoga complements everything aspect of life, and was inspired to teach to pass on this wisdom and therapy to others. With a nursing degree under her belt, Kylie is also passionate about the anatomical side of yoga and its physical health benefits – from easing modern-day ailments by releasing tight overused muscles, helping people to breathe correctly, and even improving performance in running and other sports. It's a chance to switch off from our constantly stimulated, switched-on modern day life – an opporutinity to reenergize. In other words, yoga is for everyone! At Studio Red, Kylie teaches Hatha and Vinyasa.
