Red Kriya Special Class

Led by Greg Jarema, this class is the perfect joining of asana and spirit. The first half of class begins with warming sun salutations and vinyasa flow to open up, strengthen, and release the day's tension. This is followed by Kundalini yoga to balance the glandular system, sharpen the nervous system, and bring the mind, body and spirit into harmony.
Kundalini yoga is an ancient technology that combines asana (postures) with pranayam (breath) and mantra (sacred sound). With regular practice, you become more aware of and live more from your authentic self.
