Awaken Your Core Workshop

Join Susan McFadzean in an exploration of what is needed to create some of the shapes that we get into in our yoga practice by awakening the core.
Through Susan's extensive training in Forrest Yoga you will be guided in working skills and drills that will build on the strength needed to hold the poses - with a special focus on the all important core. This means a lot of abdominal activation!
You will also be guided into exploring how your body moves in some of the more common poses - with a focus on shifting from thinking into a pose to feeling into your shape, your pose. Breath will also play a key role in this two hour workshop - the foundation of our movement - supporting that shift into feeling and giving your mind permission to be quiet.
