Utilising a variety of stretching techniques, props and breathing styles, you will experience a full body release without needing to balance or know any traditional yoga postures.
Target common tight areas of modern bodies and lengthen muscles in a gently heated 30 degree room.
Use this class to achieve your flexibility goals, begin a yoga practice, balance out high intensity training or simply release tightness in your muscles accumulated through daily life.
