Private Yoga Sessions
Everyone's anatomy is different. We all have different ways of moving and patterns of behaviour that get ingrained within our tissues based on our life experiences.
A one-on-one yoga session can help you understand YOUR body better and release some of these ingrained patterns that can sometimes lead to injury.
If you are new to yoga, coming back from injury, wanting to refine your technique or maybe just get a better understanding of your body, then a private yoga session is for you.
Private sessions are led by our Studio Director and experienced yoga teacher Kylie Rook. A session includes a comprehensive intake and assessment with Kylie, who has a background in Nursing, Yoga Medicine, Chinese Medicine, Neurokinetic Therapy and Myofascial Release. She will take you through poses that are appropriate for YOUR body and are in line with what YOU need.

Price for 1 hour: $120
