Studio Red's Signature Hot Yoga Class
Red Fusion is a perfect blend of yoga styles and disciplines to create a powerful full body yoga experience.
This is a slowed down Vinyasa style class featuring long held poses with attention to alignment and breath, allowing you to tap into your deepest potential. We finish with a relaxing floor based sequence for the best shavasana ever!
Each teacher will deliver their own unique take on our Fusion style giving you variety and challenge in each class. All levels are catered for with precise instruction and plenty of modifications so you can take your practice to any level.
We heat our Red Fusion class to 40 degrees.
A dynamic style of yoga inspiring mind body connection through movement and breath
Our Open Vinyasa classes offer more movement and flow for practitioners looking to take a step up from Red Fusion. We bear weight through the arms, work the core and move through ever changing sequences designed to challenge your stamina, strength and flexibility.
Each class will have a different focus or theme and will always deliver a well rounded practice. Modifications are given to cater to all levels of vinyasa yogis. If you are new to yoga we recommend starting with Red Fusion classes before our Open Vinyasa classes.
We heat our Open Vinyasa class to 35-38 degrees.
Studio Red's most adventurous and challenging class
Explore intermediate to advanced postures through intelligent sequencing and expert instruction in our Vinyasa classes. Each class will work towards a peak pose or focus taking you out of your comfort zone and into a space of transformation.
This class is for experienced vinyasa practitioners. Speak with your teacher if you are unsure if this class is right for you.

A slower more mindful practice with pose breakdown and modifications offeredThrough the correct alignment for our bodies we can calm the mind and the breath.Red Align will help you refine your practice and modify poses for your body. A slower more mindful practice with pose breakdown and modifications offered, with a focus on standing and seated poses.This class is great if you have wrist or shoulder issues as this class will have minimal weight bearing through the arms.
This practice is the perfect balance of strength and surrender.
We begin by warming the body with the more dynamic and strong Yang practice which builds heat, requires muscular engagement and focuses on alignment and working with the breath. This is stimulating the Yang tissue (muscles) and is great for building strength.
We then allow the body and the mind to surrender into the Yin static stretches to create a sense of mindfulness, and to target the Yin tissue (ligaments and tendons) creating length. This practice is great for all levels and balances the energy in the body and mind.
The class is run at room temperature.

Studio Red's Yin classes are the perfect balance to today's hectic lifestyle. Yin compliments high intensity workouts as well as all of our hot yoga classes. Through long held floor based postures you will wind down and destress, releasing deeply held tension in the tissues and joints.
Our studio is perfectly set up with soft floors, props, ambient lighting, chilled out tunes and the very best teachers, making for a truly unique experience that will take your yin practice to a blissful level. Yin is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to enhance their physical activity.

Yin Yang Nidra
Find the balance between strength, surrender and healing relaxation
Find the balance between strength and surrender as well as that blissful state between wakefulness and sleep in our 90-minute Yang Yin Nidra class.
We begin the practice by warming the body with more dynamic movement with a focus on alignment and moving with the breath. This stimulates the muscular system and is great for building strength and heat in the body.
Melt into longer held seated Yin poses to work on the connective tissue and joints. Yin promotes mindfulness and length in the fascia and is great for enhancing mobility.
Then relax into a blissful state between wakefulness and sleep for Yoga Nidra. A guided meditation to promote deep healing relaxation.
